Bukit China Soy Bean House is one of the new delicacies in Melaka, located at Kota Laksamana, they served a variety of Tau Fu Fa. I personally have my ruler to judge a good tau fu fa, which are: The texture must be smooth, strong soy bean taste, no lime water taste, soft but wont break easily. This house's tau fu fa suit all my expectation. There are quite a variety of tau fu fa available, from the sweet to the salty and I had Tau Fu Fa With Ginger Juice, Tau Fu Fa With Candy Sugar, Plain Tau Fu Fa, Tau Fu Fa With Pure Honey. Tau Fu Fa With Ginger Juice-very typical taste. I like the slightly spicy ginger soup very much. For me, the ginger compliment the soy taste very well. Tau Fu Fa With Candy Sugar- It is actually brown sugar, the caramelize taste is slightly stronger, but it still taste very well with the soy bean Plain Tau Fu Fa- Drizzle of sugar syrup in the tou fu fa, the simplest way to enjoy the tou fu fa. Not really my favourite though, as I prefer slightly complex taste. Tau Fu Fa With Pure Honey- My 1st time eating tou fu fa with honey. The honesy go very well with the tou fu fa, slightly sweetness, very fragrant honey flower taste
