Seafood Aglio-Oglio Spaghetti



Fougasse Boulangerie & Patisserie is the same concept with Levain Boulangerie & Patiserie. A Western bakery and cafe, located at Pandan Indah. The environment is bright and beautiful. I try the seafood aglio-oglio spaghetti, and it smells good. They fried the spaghetti with fish, prawn, octopus, tomato, green pepper and red pepper. The fish is tender but the octopus is a little stiff. The prawn is clean and fresh. I can feel the fragrance from the combination of seafood and aglio-oglio. But it's very oily at the bottom of the plate. I don't like the Napolitan style spaghetti personally. They fried the spaghetti with mushroom, sweet pepper, tomato, and green pepper, then topped with an egg. It tastes normal. I have tried the chicken Japan curry rice, it's really nice.
