Hui Lau Shan is a famous dessert chain café which originated from Hong Kong. They specialize mainly in desserts utilizing mango as the main ingredient in most of their desserts. This is clearly notable in their menu while at a quick glance everything seemed to have mango in it. If one is not a big fan of mango, I suggest skipping this one. The deserts all have either mango blend in it, or freshly cut mangoes of vary sizes. Of which, most of it are very suitably served accordingly to the types of dessert. There are cubes, dices, slices of thick and thin sizes. Most of their desserts use a lot of fresh mango so they all have very lovely and strong aroma of mango. Of course, there are others as well, there is the Pamelo Icy Sago with honey dew melon, as well as the Aloe Vera and Crystal Jade Jeli which interestingly refreshing with the natural sweetness that is not dulcified. While the Aloe Vera and Crystal Jade Jeli did appear rather weird to me, the rest was pretty okay. I think this is a great stop for the sugar replenish.
