
Poultry selection might not be their forte but is still one that is worth admiration when the chicken of two kinds are nicely plated into one and served with beautiful garnishes. Deep Fried Crispy Chicken with Thai Sauce and deboned chicken with mango, onion and carrot julienned and tossed with Thai style chili sauce was amazingly tantalizing and appetizing. The lamb Chop proven the fact to not order anything other than seafood when visiting a seafood restaurant. I’ve had so much seafood lately I feel there is a need to start the oats diet a bit before I get over flooded with cholesterol in me. Speaking of which, the seafood is inevitably in the spotlight when visiting a seafood restaurant. Polishing huge carapace all the way to the chelipeds and pinchers, is a blissful joy to savour the fresh. The prawns are superb fresh and the meat is amazingly tough with the amazing texture that bounces. Their fish is almost intense with immense flavours but so much to the extend you won’t be able to eat much by itself instead if with a bowl of white rice, would be a whole different story by then. A place much visited by tourist and certain locals.
