Chili's Grill & Bar is one of the American restaurant that served huge portion of meal. This branch of Chili's is located at the boulevard of Mid Valley. We were welcomed in by the friendly captain, and he recommended some dishes for us, as we have no idea what to ordered. We had Chicken Crispers, Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers, and Southwestern Grilled Lamb Chicken Crispers- It is strips of hand-battered chicken fried to perfection. Served with honey mustard dressing. There are some fries and corn to compliment this set. I like the fries very much, they are stuffy and sweet. The chicken strips are very crunchy at the outside, soft, tender, moist, flavorful at the inside, a very well marinated chicken breast meat. The honey mustard dipping give a tangy sweet taste to the chicken. Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers- Strips of chicken hand-battered then breaded and fried to perfection for the extra crispy crunch. Then topped with our spicy & smoky honey-chipotle sauce. It is served with corn and fries too. The corn is sweet, and well cooked. The texture of the chicken is the same with the Chicken Crispers, with added sweet spicy taste. the sauce are glaze around the chicken, but they do not turn the crispy batter soggy. Southwestern Grilled Lamb- Grilled lamb with Chili's special marinade. Served with mashed potatoes with black pepper gravy, seasonal veggies & garlic toast. I like the lamb so much, they are so tender and flavorful. It is well cooked, soft and easily to cut. The mashed potato is so creamy and flavorful. Overall taste are so rich.
