Korean cuisine is one of my all time favourite and to be very honest about it, not many people actually acquire the taste of Korean dishes as one might think that they have very similar resemblance in every dish. Reason being mainly due to the use of similar ingredients in most of their dishes. Koreans love eating kimchi, chili, and soy bean flavour. So most dishes often comes with similar taste of fermented beans, seaweed, spicy and lots of garlic. The side dishes are always a joy to indulge in but the best would be the assorted stews which goes so perfectly well with hot steaming rice. the stews are usually piping hot when served and is a perfect dish to go with white rice during one of those cold and chilly day. I love the hot stews and would crave for one every now and then. my favourite is the sun du bu jiggae ( tofu stew) which is deliciously thick if done correctly and smooth with the silky soft tofu in it. The Bon Ga Korean restaurant is one amongst the many other Korean BBQ restaurants around this area and most of their dishes are relatively good and palatable. The availability of car parking bay can be a challenge during the day, but night time is not too bad.
