I went to this restaurant to redeemed a voucher from Guan Xiang Wan Tan Noodle. It is a small stall in this restaurant. I had a normal char siew wan tan noodle. It come with a wan tan soup. Char Siew WanTan Noodle- I pretty like the simple salty and sweet taste of the noodle. It is perfectly cooked, by mean the noodle is still chewy in texture. The vege is green, and I like the char siew. There are quite a big portion of the char siew though, thickly sliced. It is a bit fat though, but It is ok for me. The char siew is sweet, and there is just a little char, which give a crunchy texture. Wan Tan Soup- There are 5 wan tan, which is quite a lot for me. The wan tans were very nice, crunchy texture with prawn and water chestnut and the outer layer is very soft. The soup is just nice too, very flavorful.
