Hidden next to the Batu River of Jalan Ipoh, along the turning into Jalan Cenderuh 2, this romantic location of the restaurant right next to a flowing river and hence the name of the restaurant offers decently good Chinese food. While this place is constantly pack and really full with dinners all the time, the peak hours are the worst. Try avoiding lunch hours while dinner time varies depending on your luck. There are many dishes to order but I had to please my craving for the Yam Ring. I asked to filled the ring with Sweet and Sour Pork but this one is strangely added with a tossed of fried peanuts. This peculiar add on is my first time having it but to my surprisingly a rewarding experience. The sweet and sour pork on the other hand was less pleasant to be crowned fantastic sweet and sour pork. It was acerbically sour but comparatively good when eating with the peanuts. One of their signature dishes is the Spinach Soup, which is always great if handled properly.
