My all time favourite in Japanese sushi joints or Japanese restaurant has got to be their salmon slices. Of course, it has to always be fresh and clean. Otherwise, it is quite a turn off for me. The all time favourite for almost all children as I always said is always the chawamunshi. I love the soft and smooth in texture and not to forget the most pleasant thing about this is the steaming hot texture that is so comfortable. Also in love is the comfy smooth and delicious with the mild fragrant of shitake mushroom, as well as artificial crab stick. Same goes to any other Japanese restaurant, but most importantly, it has to serve fresh and all the sushi would taste almost close to perfect. The one here in sushi zamnai is pretty delicious too. Whenever having salmon dish, I hope the chef handles with care and I appreciate top hygiene when it comes to Japanese culinary when some is served raw. Speaking of raw, the menu today is lots of salmon and that is something hygiene would come in real important. I have once had a very awful experience when I had some raw fish that is not too fresh and end up having food poisoning. Food poisoning like this is avoidable if handled properly and with extra care. Apart from the salmon, I explored the dessert menu and find myself in love with the choco banana sundae. Impressively amazing with lots of layers of creativity that mixes into a superb combo
