According to their website, the peri peri sauce which also happens to be their signature, are made with natural ingredients and contains no flavorings, colorants’ or added MSG. The chickens are always flamed-grilled and butterfly cut so they brown to perfection. The Afro-protuguese marinade are done for 24 hours at least so the flavours penetrates right to the bone. There are few options and combo for the chicken accordingly to the amount and number of sidelines. Chicken flavours suite to the palate of individual accordingly to the peri-ometer right from the blasting fierce Extra Hot Peri-Peri, Hot Peri-Peri, Mild Peri-Peri, to the Lemon and Herb for beginners or anyone who likes lots of flavours but not too much heat. The sides are always my favourite. The Spinach are fantastic for any spinach lovers, while the grilled vegetable and corn brings more goodness of fiber to the diet.
