Northam Beach is always crowded with people as there are wide spectrum of food to choose at here. Ranging from Asian type ( Thai food, Malaysian food, Japanese ) to Western type ( German sausage, French food etc) There is a stall selling French food by a young couples. You can get different flavors of crepe cake here. I tried Vanilla Flavor Crepe Cake & Durian flavor Crepe Cake.They are very nice. The most delicious part of the cake is the feeling of the "multilayer". The texture is not as soft as ordinary cake, and it's good. The mixture of the cream makes the cake taste even better and special. I once tried the macaroon before, the cheesy sausage really tempting and catch my stomach. While, the frequent ordered food is a stall selling chinese food. There are variety of flavor to choose. We can choose chicken, fish, pork of seafood as well. and this is the stall that have the most reasonable price in this cafe. Talk about the Thai food, it is extremely spicy and they mix the chili in frying the rice, thus you must be extremely cautious when eating. We don't like as it is too spicy. So, the food and drinks in this cafe is quite high price as compare to normal food court in Penang. I think the cafe is adding marks with the warmly ambiance where it is strategically located beside the sea. Do try the different type of western cuisine here, I think it is worth to try. As the Asian food is just normal as what we can try in normal food court.
