Comes to another new expansion of the decent bakery of Komugi Bakery. Compared to the one located at Pavilion, this outlet is meant for bakeries take-away rather than enjoying there with a cuppa :D Anyway, the interior decor is still bright and lively . After some late night work at office, thinking to grab something light before calling it a day. And so, I guess this special Raisin Bread from Komugi Café would be great enough. There are actually many more bakeries selection like those freshly baked rusty loaf to those mini cutie buns for you to choose from, but it’s so happen that day my palate is craving for something lighter. So this raisin bread is a good choice for its natural sweetness has added some fruity flavor to the fluffy bread, which is nicely plated. The occasional bites of the flaky almonds on the top also help to spice up this bakery. It’s already nice to be eaten that way. Minus out that throng of customers that you might need to squeeze in between. You may also try Lemon Cube from its soya bean range. The yellow cube of bread is definitely adorable and eye-catching. This variant is on the citrusy side as compared to the other milder selection like green tea or chacaol. It has the refreshing aroma of lemon zest amidst the subtle taste of soya which consist the bigger part of the ingredients. The soya bread is fluffy as usual, and good to be eaten as the way it is. Best eaten within three days or else, it’ll turn into a bit sour taste for there is no preservatives used in Komugi bakeries.
