Never know there is this buffet outlet hidden at one corner till my friend introduced to it,hehe. It is House of Buffet, or known by its acronym H.O.B, which I prefer to call it this way, short and simple! Hehe... It’s actually located near to Low Yat Plaza and is frequented mostly by teenagers, due to its exquisite big brand board design of H.O.B at the entrance? ^^ HOB offers quite a variety of fusion cuisines. You can fine Japanese sushi as well as local delicacies too. I personally think that they do have myriad choices of sushi as well as their dessert bar. Interior design of the dining area was quite quirky where you can see dry ice keeping the food chilled and fresh. I enjoyed their abalone sushi very much! Hehe… It’s fresh and tangy too. The assortments of maki sushi are such an artistic sight to behold. Each grain of sushi rice was adequately flavoured with vinegar and then rolled with ingredients like cucumbers, tomago, carrots and many more. Crunchy and savoury too. For those who prefer something more filling, can then opt for their rice and noodles dishes with stir-fried veges perhaps? The oriental dishes was OK and not that salty. Still acceptable. For this little bean curd, it was silky and smooth. I suppose they are meant to eaten fresh with some Japanese soyu. You can practically swallow it if you’re not careful:P . However, the accompanied salad dish was ordinary. Come to my favourite part, dessert time! The sight of these sweeties plethora just spurs me up! Hehe.. There are varieties mocha as well for you to chose from. As for me, I prefer the pinkish mocha and some coffee cake bites. Cake was soft, but the cream was just butter cream, thus not as milky as fresh milk cream. On the other hand, the mocha might taste bit sweet especially when you kinda full after those main dishes, hehe.. Anyhow, still worth to explore for foodies alike ^^
