Sumo Onigiri is situated at a very strategic location at Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park. I have observed that their business is very good with great responses towards these Japanese food concept of Onigiri. They should take up the whole shop lot unit instead of occupying half a shop lot. Sumo Onigiri offers a wide range of Onigiri or Japanese Rice Balls. Besides the Onigiri, they are also serving bento set under Sumo Special category. I have utilized the JoinMe Taste Voucher to redeem for Sumo Special Set D. Main dishes for Sumo D are BBQ salmon, tuna with mayonnaise and chuka chinmi. Each set meal will complete with Japanese steamed rice, tamago (shredded fried egg), mashed potato, Chawanmushi and Miso soup. The grilled salmon was fresh and tasty. Tuna with mayonnaise and chuka chinmi both are equally good, goes well with the Japanese rice and tamago. I personally like the mashed potato, it was extra tasty. However, the Chawanmushi was just too plain and the Miso soup with seaweed was quite salty. Add RM1.00 for free flow of green tea. Staff was friendly and provide good services.
