
The all time favourite in the sakae sushi is the sukiyaki. It takes a long time so one can slowly enjoy food slowly while taking a slow and easy time out from a long day and spending some time over dinner with family or friends. The soup is not all that great for sukiyaki but it made a decently palatable dish to order if wanting something fresh. Since the sushi plates on the belt would have probably been rotating for a while and it may or may not be fresh by the time it spins for several rounds. Having said that, you can always request for one that is freshly prepared. I would do that if eating raw salmon. Another great and healthy dish is the tofu salad. a big bowl of healthy mix of assorted leaves and cubes of tofu with sesame sauce for taste. It is perfect for sharing or to simply balance off the meal with some more greens and fiber. There are many review for the sakae sushi, both good and bad but always take note that food reviews are very subjected to the preferance of personal palate.
