Restoran Kung Fu Steamfish is a new-opened steamfish restaurant. It is located at Jalan Pandah Indah 4/6B. All of their dishes are MSG-free. It's a healthy concept restaurant. The boss said that they cultivate the fish by themselves at Shah Alam. They have three branchs now : Pandan Indah, Kota Kemuning, Puchong. The environment is very simple without other decoration. It's clean and bright, but they don't have air-cond. The service is nice. I order Crabmeat Goldlen Fried Rice, Signature Fish Noodles Soup & Potato Seed. Crabmeat Goldlen Fried Rice tastes normal, nothing special. When I eat it, I can feel the crab's shell mixed in the rice. I hope they can take out the crab's shell. Signature Fish Noodles Soup is a light soup but taste not bad. The fish is tender and fresh. The Potato Seed is so so. It's also a light dish. I will try their steam fish next time.
