I used to call it Chinese pancake or 'Mang Chang Ko', but now only I realize it has got another name ‘Apong’, hehe. This is actually quite a famous snack to the locals here, according to one of my acquaintance, that is filled with crunchy bites of groundnuts. Still, they all look the same to me, haha :D This pancake from Cheras was bit thicker. I guess it uses a much starchy batter, thus spongier compared the conventional one. That’s why the skin lack some crispiness and bit soft. However, the filling of grounded nuts was quite aromatic and chunky as well. Not too sweet either, just nice. But somehow, am hoping to find some sweet corns filling which I normally see in Penang’s version, hehe. Overall, still quite delish compared to the one at Miharja night market :P
