The company has already successfully studied and explored more than 100 types of varieties taste; including the Italian Style Onigiri, Western Style Onigiri, Yaki Salmon Onigiri, Rainbow Roe Onigiri, Golden Triangle Onigiri and others. The rice balls come with Fusion Taste especially made delicious stuffing from Malaysian. We can select our own choices of sources to accommodiate our tastes. All food served at Sumo Onigiri restaurant is pork-free, but not certified “ Halal”. The meat materials such as chicken, beef and seafood are from Halal Source. No mirin (Japanese cooking wine) and no alcohol added in all our products. They are serving produts which are pork free and without additional alcohol ingredient content. Our drinks are all also non-alcoholic. I had order the Yaki Inari Cheese for my taste voucher. It was so rich in cheese flavour and the ingredients in it was so fresh and tasty! The food was come with a steam egg and miso soup. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services and foods. According to the person in-charged they insisted to use the fresh ingredients every day to prepare all the Onigiri~
