This bright yellow bakery near the back entrance of Sungai Wang really catch many's attention. I drop by as the pretty waiter stopped me and promoting the bread. I just simply bought a polo butter bread from her. In the rack, there are many flavor available. Golden coloured skin really attracted me. Polo Butter bread- The bread are warm, and smell nice. I dont really understand why the shop name is called polozai, because from my understanding, it is pineapple in cantonese, but there are no pineapple in the bun, I was thinking, it maybe because of the golden colour skin which similar to pineapple. The bread is actually quite nice though, but I cant really taste the topping, it was rough and sandy texture, cant really get what it is. The inner part, is hollow, I think it is because they put in a slice of butter and the butter melt away. The smell of butter is so nice when you open the bread. The taste is nice too, though it is a bit oily. The bread is quite costly thought, and its wasnt stuffy. Not a really good snack for people who starve easily
