Long Jing Tea | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

Long Jing Tea

I must say I have discovered yet another new café in town at another new location to my current gastronomic map :P Indeed, USJ Taipan is new to me as I seldom patron that far, haha. But so long there are yummy treasures to be discovered, I don’t mind to stretch some distance providing time is at my side :D The environment is definitely airy and comfortable. It makes you feel at home with white as its main theme. One item that got me intrigued was the fan design that they choose. It resembles the wings of butterfly or leaf, which gives it a vintage feel. It was late at night, so I choose to have noodles range so to escape the carb meal, hehe. Initially, I thought this Ying Yong was nothing more than the common fare. However, it changed my mind upon my first sip of the smooth noodles, and all my appetite had come back! LOL…. The portion looks decent but when taken all, could be quite filling for lass. This Ying Yong was a combination of fried vermicelli and flat noodles which are then topped off with gravy. The noodle is exceptionally silky, thanks to the addition of raw egg before serving it. The greens were crisp whereby the seafood like prawns were very fresh indeed. And the springy fish balls just added further enjoyment to it! Slurps!
