After McD, KFC also start serving breakfast. I do remember that some time last year, when they bring out KFC Multigrain to their menu, they have a 50% off promotion. I went there before my class. Though it was early in the morning but there are only a few people in the restaurant. I was expecting a crowd in the restaurant because of the promotion. I ordered the KFC Multigrain and the staff told me that they out of stock and want me to wait for 10 minutes. 20 Minutes passed, they havent served me my meal, I was annoyed with their work productivity. KFC at Jalan Universiti is famous among University Malaya students for its slow service and poor hygiene. Since there are no one to complaint to, I can only wait. Literally I waited for 45 minutes, and they bring out the burger. With no apologizes nor regret, I was shoot by the staff "Benda murah kenalah tunggu" which simply meant "you want cheap things, wait for it". I left the premise angrily. KFC Multigrain- I had it take away, and when I reach my class, its already turn soggy and wet. The bread is made of wholegrain, and there are a wholesome grain on top of the bread. The texture is quite nice. There are scramble egg and tender fried chicken and vege in between the 2 soft bread. The egg is nice, they are still warm. The chicken is not crispy, but I dint expect it to be crispy either. It was the lousiest service I had in this branch, and maybe it is the last time I visited this branch.
