Green Tea | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

Green Tea

There have been quite a number of Japanese cuisine additions in town, and one of them is Kazu Sushi. It’s quite a nice place to hang out casually with friends alike and it’s located conveniently at Viva Home Mall. It has lots of white dangling lights illuminating the dim background of the eatery. The menu itself is already very inviting indeed with some of the dish highlights. While waiting for the main to arrive, we enjoyed the starter first. The baby octopus was done very well and aromatic with the dashes of white sesame. The portion was decent considering it at reasonable price. They were also very chewy and moreish till we nearly going for the second bowl :D Then we had some Unagi Sushi too. The rice rolls were very solid. The juicy cucumber which was encased in between the roll added some crunchy texture to it, amidst the soft unagi. They were delectable to the taste bud apart from its dainty presentation. Soon the Salmon Bento set reached our table. The fish fillet were pan fried till slightly crispy at the skin and is flaky within. It fresh and taste better when topped with some sweet teppanyaki sauce. Apart from the delectable chanwan mushi, I actually quite enjoyed and intrigued by its agedashi bean curd. Though after it’s been deep-fried, it still maintained the soft silky texture within. Yummy!
