After my dinner, I was craving for some dessert, and coincidentally, my friend has a dessert voucher from TGI that gonna expired soon. So my dessert of the day is a Brownie Obsession. Brownie Obsession- A warm brownie made with Ghirardelli chocolate-fudge sauce. Topped with vanilla ice cream, caramel and pecans. This is really a cure for my sweet tooth. I favor the brownies so much, it is warm when it was served, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top really make the dessert perfect. Warm chocolate brownies together with chilling ice cream, the chemical reaction occurs in your mouth, sweet vanilla, bitter sweet chocolate all mixed together, the taste is out of the world. I like the pecans, it is nut-tily delicious and add in some bits of texture to the dessert. The caramel is another supreme touch to the dessert. It is sweet and taste great. Somehow, eat it with the brownies without the ice cream, it ease down the bitterness of the chocolate. The Brownie Obsession is a great combination of chocolate, ice cream, warm and cold. I will definitely come again for this dessert.
