One of the best pork noodle in Kota Kinabalu can be found in Kim Hing Lee 金興利茶室, located at Jalan Gaya. Pork noodle is also known as Sang Nyuk Mian 生肉面, which is mee hoon with flavorful clear soup, served with slices of thin and tender pork meat, meat balls, liver parts and vegetable. The cleanliness of this shop has been classified as "B". But the hygiene level is still not up to expectation, a dead cockroach was seen on the floor.
