Char Siew Pao



This restaurant is famous with the Pao. It is freshly made everyday and will finished within hours. I like the Char Siew Pao d most. Char Siew Pao- The flavourful char siew, melt in your mouth. The skin is thin. The char siew filling is so generous. Shang Yok Pao- I like this pao too because the filling is off the whole piece of meat, not the minced type. It is very flavourful too. The skin is thin, and when you eat it, the juice just squeeze into your mouth and some drip off. Its kinda oily, but taste is the matter. Big Pao- minced meat filling, with a small cut of egg. This Pao is very juicy. The way I ate it is, I bite a small piece bun from the edge, and let the juice drip into my mouth. The taste is heaven. It must be eaten while its hot, or the oil stench will came out. The meat is tender and juicy too
