Nasi lemak is proudly to be one of the signature dish of Malaysia. Nasi lemak means 'fatty rice' in Malay. The name is derived from the cooking process whereby rice is soaked in coconut milk or 'santan' and steam together with pandan leaves to give it more fragrance. Nasi Lemak Rendang Chicken comes with fragrant coconut milk rice, flavorful and delicious Rendang chicken drumstick, hard-boiled egg, fried anchovies & groundnuts, cucumber slices and sambal. I quite like the juicy and tender Rendang Chicken drumstick. It would be perfect if it is served with banana leaf.
