Wondering where to get high quality Korean food with reasonable price? Sopoong Korean Restaurant should be one of them. Located at the ground floor of Time Square, it offer a quiet and comfy surrounding to the eaters. I ordered their set meal, which to me, is quite worth it. But sadly, I din remembered their name. I highly recommend their bibimbap, and Korean sushi set. The fried udon is just so so for me. Bibimbap is a variety of topping like mushroom, beansproud, seaweed, and many others. Just mixed everything together and eat it. The sweetness of the chilli paste, spiciness from the kimchi, a little salty and a wholesome mouthfull of everything, just in a spoon full of rice. That feeling of satisfactory is hard to describe. It come with a steam egg, which to me, the taste is so eggy Korean Sushi set- I like korean sushi, as it had less rice and more ingredient. It came with a friend korean Glutinous rice, which is mildly spicy, and very chewy. The fried udon- I had a spicy one. It was served red hot, but not as spicy as it look. Just little tingling on your mouth. I like the udon, it is cooked to perfection, I like the chewy texture. Sad thing is, It is very oily.
