Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks 士林台湾小吃, quite a successful franchise food stores in major shopping malls. XXL Crispy Chicken, really a extra large piece of deep fried crispy chicken breast that served uncut with bones, just like in Taiwan. This is to retain its original flavor and juiciness. Customers may request for their level of spiciness. I personally feels that the flour is too much and too thick, certain parts are not fully fried, still a bit moist and sticky.
