12.00pm to 7pm RM1.50 for eat there and RM1.70 for take away I've heard people saying that your trip to Penang would never be complete without trying the famous Penang Road Cendol. There are two stalls, and if you're wondering which stall is more famous. Just look for the stall with "Phuah Chu Kang" picture ok?
