the scallop are quite fresh actually. i manage to try a few variants. recommended flavours are sea-salt,sea weed, bonito, lemon pepper salt and french garlic ( all these flavours brings out the fresh taste of the scallop ) not really recommended (special mix), this variants is too spicy and it completely overtook the scallop taste
