The staff here are very accommodating, entertaining our requests. The taste of the percik sauce is not at all like percik. I have not tasted any percik sauce that is sour. If it's called by another name, I guess it's ok, just don't call it percik sauce. The rice and soup that comes with the percik is good. The rice is very fragrant and there is a hint of santan as well.
