
~~Yam Puff~~ In chinese, we called as 芋角. I am super fan of the yam puff as I like yam very much, especially the crispiness of the pastry that contained yam around. However, i am not so fond on the fillings inside (something like char siew pao). Yet, the combination of both crispy yam pastry and the filling made a perfect yam puff. The one i bought from mon kee filled around with THICK yam, sturdy! Not crispy like others because it was baked but not fried! Therefore it is not oily. The filling is normal for me. Somehow eat together with the yam pastry is nice! The price is not so sure since i bought along other pastry too. I assume is around RM1.40
