Hoong Foong Dim Sum @ Bjorn Cafe is situated at Wisma Bjorn, Taman Danau Desa, Kuala Lumpur. Enjoy a variety of famous Hong Kong style dim sum even at night time. The dim sum here are freshly prepare upon order, either steamed dim sum, fried dim sum, pao, chi cheong fun and others. I like the honeycomb yam cake 蜂巢芋角, the skin is crispy with tasty cha siu mixed ingredient inside. The Chi Cheong Fun (Prawn) 鲜虾滑肠粉 and Chi Cheong Fun (Mixed)虾叉滑肠粉 are equally delicious, where the prawns are fresh and the chi cheong fun texture is very smooth. The prawn and cha siu mixed chi cheong fun taste good with its dried shrimp sambal. Fried Carrot Cake 炒萝卜糕 here is very tasty, the carrot cake is fried with beansprout, egg and dried shrimp. Worth for a try!
