This signature Tang Pin Mee Pok 天品面卜 is served with handmade noodle, minced meat, pork lard and a bowl of soup with slices of fish cakes & vegetables. The handmade noodle or 'mee pok' is quite similar to 'pan mee'. The texture of this flat noodle is tasty and chewy. The fish cakes are fresh, taste great with the 'mee pok' and the flavorful clear soup. But, too much of pork lard given, not good for health.
