Food Republic is opened in One Utama on 23 July 2011 and is located at the second floor of the New Wing of One Utama. The restaurant is very spacious with plenty of table that can be seated up to 550 pax at the full capacity. There are more than 10 stalls with and interesting mix of cuisine ranging from Malay, Chinese, Japanese, Western, Taiwanese and Malaysians. I have ordered Chicken Pepper Lunch at Pepper Lunch Express where the concept is Cook It Yourself. You will need to mix, add pepper sauce, savor the aroma and dig in. The also serve fish as well. But must be very careful with the hot sizzling pan as it is really hot. Overall, I think the food is worth the money and satisfy with the environment. If you have a 1 U card, you can collect 1 U point there.
