I didn’t intentionally come to review this place but I do happen to be in the mall to look around for some accessories for the computer. And since it is conveniently lunch time, we proceed to this place called the tang chao which literally translates to the China Tang Dynasty. And that clearly means serving Chinese food. But then I look at the menu and thought to myself that I was wrong as there were a couple more of the local delights as well. Starting with the curry noodle which is very generously packed with seafood tofu and other ingredients apart from the main ingredient of course. I like the soup to be not to rough and coarse with the spices. Then there is the Fried spring roll which is lovely thanks to the crispy popiah skin. Then came the real dynasty stuff like the lotus root and peanut soup and kam heong seafood rice. At least that looks Chinese to me.
