Restoran Pa Ka Seng @ Setapak @ Setapak, near my place and easy to find friend here for simple dinner and hang out place service is fast and no need to long queue if early and please do come early if after 8pm the place is very crowded. price is really cheaper then any other restaurant in places like petaling jaya or damansara.in setapak you can get cheaper price and good food the black pepper crab is superb and the meat is so fresh and delicious. not sticky to the skin and very easy to peel off environment is clean and comfortable. utensils is clean and well maintains. the famous food is the curry head fish head, salted egg prawn and squids and the vegetables are kai lan and also the garlic vegetables kangkung belacan all is tasty here
