chatime is a famous franchise and have open many outlet almost everywhere you can find chatime. along the shophoueses area, and of course inside the shopping mall. but honetly i really angry about the service in this kind of franchise outlet. they hire too many foreigner workers. except i can see is gardens which the staff some are chinese. easy to communicate.but in pavilion is still ok for me, service is ok. long queue as usual. the ingredient used is much better quality and taste really refreshing. the bubble tea and also the pearl milk tea is the famous choices here. actually all this bubble tea is just average. i find it too sweet even though have requested for less sugar and to the minimum amount of sugar and always cannot finish the amount of the pearl
