Crystal Jade Kitchen @ Pavilion located at level 1, where all the food court centre is here and this place also near to madam kwan. always this place is crowded with diners coming for lunch and dinner. need to queue some time. but in crystal jade there is not really long queue. love the deco and spacious kind of environment to dine in here crystal jade is an authentic Cantonese specialties prepared by our top chefs.Cantonese and Teochew-style fine dining with a contemporary twist. Delight in healthy, traditional Chinese favourites infused with modern flavours while indulging in our huge selection of fine wines at this multiple award-winning the chow kuey teow portion is good and big portion for the price i am paying for Just the right amount of sauce, not too sweet, with a good dash of spice , little spicy. Egg to kway teow is good and was also thoughtfully done and there was a very generous serving of deep fried prawn.
