You Kee XO Trading is famous with their herbal soup and roast meat. The herbal soup is brewed inside 2 giant pot. Too bad, they don't allow me to open and shoot photo. We order today special soup; Pa Wong Fa...good for reducing heat. Very good for us as lately the weather is really hot. The soup have generous amounts of meat and herbs. We also order the roast meat, We have the 3 combination of XO Roast Duck, Char Siew and Siew Yoke (Pork Belly). Love the XO Roast Duck. The meat is tender and soft and very flavourful. Anywhere the portion look like less than half duck. The Char Siew also very nice. The skin is grill to charred. Tender and juicy. The Roast Pork Belly is a little bit hard. Personally feel this is less impressive compare to the other 2. Overall this is a nice place to enjoy good roast meat and herbal soup.
