Golden Sand Lobster | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

Golden Sand Lobster

A trip to Johor is incompleted if you didn't try the Lobster in Pengerang, Desaru. This is the 4th time I eat Lobster here and I can said it is really good. This time we back to the most popular Jade Garden Seafood Corner and we purposely go early (Before noon) to avoid any disappointment like our last visit. We are the 2nd diner but in less than 1 hour the place already start pack. Jade Garden is located at a small village called Kampung Sungai Rengit which is popular with Lobster. As planned, we order the Lobster. We want Baby Lobster but they said their Lobster is slightly bigger than Baby Lobster with RM140/kg. We ok with it so we ask them to cook in 2 different style. My brother very like the Golden Sand Lobster and since he is the boss we all just OK. Another one is the The Superior Broth that I like most. The Chubby Lobster flesh is tender, juicy and came off the shell easily. The freshener of the Lobster is also unquestionable. Besides Lobster we also order another premium seafood. The Geoduck :-p. You can eat it as Sashimi or cooked with the Herbal Broth. I prefer to eat it fresh as the slices of Geoduck flesh is really fresh and delicious to eat with wasabi. Next we had the Giant Bamboo Clam. Really Big and Thumb Up for the sweetness and freshness of it. But with the charger of RM14 each, it is consider too expensive?? The Sambal Sotong also great but once saw the savory reddish gravy I cannot stop myself from ordering a bowl of steam rice hehe. Overall the whole dish is very satisfying ans it is value for money.
