Kampua Mee (a Foochow dish) only tastes really good in Sibu, where the dish comes from in Sarawak. Kampua mee with roasted pork meat was very nice taste.Im also like Kuching Kolo Mee (both differ in taste and texture and ingredients used) which is only really good in Kuching! Kolo Mee has more ingredients such as minced meat, shallots, char-siew meat, green leafy veges, fishcake slices and sometimes, a meatball or two.
