Relish



After the recent refurbishment, the eatery is now ready to serve its guests again. Having prides itself as one of the best Japanese Restaurant in town, the outlet now is much spacious holding a casual surrounding to cater for huge crows especially during lunch hours. Luckily the waiting time is bearable and we are able to secure a comfy couch at the corner. Salmon is a synonym fare whenever dining at Japanese restaurant. To kick off lunch on a healthier note, Salmon Head Pirikara Udon is great to go. The udon noodles is cooked in the claypot together with salmon head, assorted vegetables and also egg in spicy broth. The fish has been slightly fried thus doesn’t taste overly fishy. The egg yolk that is added has made the dish much smoother and luscious with an eggy fragrance. You could eat it with some pickled ginger should you prefer some sourish kick :P After a scrumptious salmon lunch, best to wash down the throat with some hot ocha to reenergize you a little more to continue the rest of the day :D
