LO HAN GUO is basically a type of chinese medicine, and are normally used to make dessert. They are sweet in taste, and is very sweet. There is a kiosk in Petaling Streets which specialize in selling a drink made of LO HAN GUO and MATA KUCHING, or Longan. I like this drinks, because they are using real ingredient in their drink, no artificial flavouring or colouring. The sweetness from the LO HAN GUO is special, there is a special aroma with it. There are also chunk of longan in it and flakes of dried winter melon. The drinks are served cold, and you can have it with no ice but with extra charges. It is so refreshing to drink it in a hot day. They are considered as a power drink because it is a simple sugar to provide instant energy refilled. They are beneficial as a cure for cough, fever, and flue as most of the ingredient used have medical values.
