Braised “Ee Fu” Noodle with Seafood, Vegetable, Century Egg Kong Nam Style

Hotel Maya is one of the hotels around Golden Triangle that is conveniently accessible from Suria KLCC. From the outside, it looks like some kind of serviced apartments, but what you may not know is that it is actually a boutique urban resort of 5-stars in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, which offers guests sumptuous epicurean dining against its chic and conducive background. True enough, the other day I went there for an auspicious dinner which left me yearning more for its fresh and succulent big prawns! Hehe.. It’s the braised “Ee Fu” Noodle with Seafood, Vegetable, Century Egg Kong Nam Style. Yea, that’s the name given which for a second, reminds me of one Korean hip song, made famous by Psy, haha:D. It was hilarious but this delish this is not a joke! Those huge prawns were really juicy and so addictive. You couldn’t help yourself but to savour more :D This dish was quite wholesome I would say as it’s less oily and came with varieties of greens, side dishes as well as the springy noodles. The Ee Fu noodles had paired with the gravy very well and it’s nutritiously delicious. Another dish worth recommended would be this Steamed Pomfret with Julienne Scallion in Superior Soy Sauce. The fish was very fresh and so smooth under this steaming cooking method. It ain’t complicated. Just with the accompanied soy sauce, some chilies and scallions to top it off on the pomfret, the dish is really good to go. So long the fresh catch is fresh, a simple way preparing it, is the best way to savour it :D You may then add in generous parsley if you like, to bring up the flavor :D This does remind me of the homey fish that my beloved mom used to steam for me whenever am back at home:D Delish! ^^
