Hoi Kee Heng Hwa is a chinese restaurant serving what claims to be the authentic putien flavours. Putien is a city located in the Fujian province in china. The dishes are heavily influenced by the culture of the people in putien and they are distinctively observable to have more seafood as their main ingredients. Mostly ingredients like the fishes and clams or shelled water creatures. This shop was arranged in a way dining is rather comfortable. The tables and chairs are nicely aligned properly to ensure it looking neat and at the same time creating privacy within tables so dinners will be comfortable. For those who are not in favourable with the seaweed might not agree to the taste of seaweed inside the soup. Also special is the texture of the soup. It was surprisingly in starchy texture. I happened to not any issue with the seaweed but it might not have been the most popular choice. Also, their oysters are really good and fresh on top of being huge and juicy. The thing with these dishes here is that they are a little heavily flavoured and mostly suitable to go with white rice.
