Steamboat is always my all time favourite whenever the weather is chilly or if it rains. Being in Malaysia, that would mean 2-4 times a month all through the year. So that makes me quite a frequent steamboat-er. In Hong Kong, steamboats are known as hot pot instead of steamboat and people rarely calls it hot pot here. It is actually rather strange cause steamboat is actually a boat powered by steam engine. There are so many steamboat restaurants everywhere and this time, we are going to look at HoHo steamboat. It is not buffet style so you kind of don’t get to choose your ingredients or amount if you order the set. Ho Ho steamboat have many outlets but I was in the Damansara outlet. This is a portion for two consisting of two pieces of each ingredient
