A very interesting sizzling stonegrill restaurant conveniently situated at the basement of the City Square Shopping Mall, Johor Bahru. Grilled Salmon Fish on the Rock - a big piece of raw Norwegian salmon fish is placed on top of a volcanic rock that has been pre-heated up to 400°C and served with fried rice and sweet corn kernels. The temperature of the volcanic rock will decrease gradually. However, the volcanic rock's heat is sufficient to grill a piece of raw salmon. Nice sizzles dining experience in a good environment restaurant with attentive staff.
