Grandmama's Restaurant at 6th Floor Pavilion is presenting their Top 10 Yummy Local Dishes. Of which, six choices are available to be redeemed using the Taste Voucher. I was excited and thankful to have this dining experience at the Grandmama's Restaurant. All the choices are very attractive and I have chosen for the Nasi Ayam Istimewa, literally means Special Chicken Rice. It is truly very special, the set served with a very special tri-colored rice, deep fried chicken whole leg, sunny side up egg with side dishes assam prawns and beef rendang. The special tri-colored rice was lightly colored and the texture was tasty. The deep fried chicken whole leg served was a huge one, deep fried till golden brown with crispy skin, tender and juicy meat. Side dishes assam prawns and beef rendang are equally good and delicious. The texture of the assam Prawn was very fresh and bouncy. The freshness of the prawn was very well maintained and its sambal was quite spicy. The beef rendang was well-cooked and tasty. Overall, I really enjoyed and had a very satisfying dinner here. Many thanks to Grandmama's and JoinMe.
