
Tang Pin Kitchen 天品雅厨 can be easily seen from the SS2 main road. I have dropped by this restaurant and I have ordered for the Fu Chuk Skin Roll 肠粉腐竹卷 as an evening snack. The Fu Chuk Skin Roll is actually made of fish cake with fu chuk, then deep-fried until golden brown and wrapped with another layer of chee cheong fun as an outer skin. It was nicely and equally cut into 5 pieces, then served with Thai sweet chili sauce. The combinations of the crispy fu chuk fish cake and the soft and smooth texture of chee cheong fun was really unique and very tasty. The fish cake was very fresh and bouncy. This dish was totally handmade and the serving time is about 10 mins. The fish products here does not contains of boric acid and preservative-free. Thumbs up!
